At Hillside, there are a variety people who lead in a variety of ways. We encourage our whole community to take ownership and spur one another on to a life of love and service in the example of Jesus.
Technically, we’re led by an elder / pastoral staff team – but that really just means that they do their best to encourage, inspire, and enable the community-at-large to do more of what they’ve been gifted to do in the first place.
