Hillside leadership functions as a number of teams. Our Elders alongside our Pastoral Team have invited and empowered our Core Leadership Team (other key ministry leaders) to regularly gather around the same table to discern vision and take care of the day-to-day tasks of the faith community. We value consensus and moving forward together – knowing the effort this teamwork takes models and builds directly into a community where vision, discernment and service are expected (and respected) of all.
